Guest Artist: Edgar MeyerIn recent years, Edgar Meyer – called “the best bassist alive” by San Diego Magazine – has built an extensive catalogue of recordings for the Sony Classical label as a virtuoso performer and innovative composer.
Resident Artist: Pat HunterPat Hunter, one of the San Joaquin Valley’s most recognized artists, is particularly known for her watercolor depictions of historical landmarks. Pat and her business partner, Janice Stevens, have co-owned Gallery II in Fresno, California where her work is exhibited.
Resident Musicians: Scats on the SlyHow do you take pop and jazz standards from the 1920’s and 30’s and make them fresh again? Scats on The Sly does it the old fashioned way with precision, personality and a lot of love for the “string swing” brand of music they play.
