The Fresno Philharmonic is committed to fostering the next generation of musicians and music-lovers, and to improving the quality of life in our region through music education programs which reach more than 10,000 students annually.
Link Up
The Link Up program is a wonderful partnership between local schools and the Fresno Philharmonic. The curriculum materials are all generously provided for our students, who work on the songs throughout the school year with their music teachers. This year-long instruction culminates in an amazing performance along with the Fresno Philharmonic at the Saroyan Theatre in Fresno.“

Sanger Unified School District
Link Up is a program of Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute. The Fresno Philharmonic’s Link Up program in partnership with the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools brings more than 7,500 elementary students from 120 Fresno County schools to explore orchestral music through a hands-on curriculum using a recorder and their own voice. The lesson culminates in a concert with the Fresno Philharmonic Orchestra.
Link Up is presented by the Fresno Philharmonic in partnership with Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute, Clovis Unified School District, Fresno Unified School District, Sanger Unified School District, and other area schools.
Cost
The Fresno Philharmonic provides Link Up to area schools absolutely free-of-charge, thanks to the generosity of our funders listed below.
