Ticket holders for events cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic have several options.
1. Ticket Donation:
Tickets purchased for cancelled events may be donated back to the Fresno Philharmonic. If you donate your tickets we will send you an acknowledgment of your tax deductible gift.
2. Exchange for Credit:
You may also exchange your tickets to cancelled events for a credit on account which can be applied to a future Fresno Philharmonic subscription or single ticket purchase.
For cancelled events, you may also elect to receive a refund of your ticket purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original purchase and may take 2-4 weeks to process.
